🔹 How fast is delivery?

Most orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Delivery speed depends on your location and availability. We aim to ensure freshness and timely drop-offs.

🔹 Do you have physical locations or pickup?

At this time, we operate as a direct-to-door delivery service. Select items may be available through pop-ups or exclusive member events.

🔹 Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, minimums may apply based on delivery area and item type. These are shown at checkout.

🔹 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major debit/credit cards through our secure payment processor. Gift cards and special checkout tokens are also available for select customers.

Yes. All products are infused using lab-tested cannabis extracts or concentrates, ensuring medical-grade quality, accurate dosing, and safety compliance.

🔹 Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime via your member dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your billing period.

🔹 Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can switch tiers before your next billing cycle. Just log in and update your membership settings.

🔹 How do I access exclusive content and member perks?

Once signed up, you’ll receive access credentials and email updates. Perks like private shop links, member discounts, and newsletters will be sent monthly or appear in your dashboard.

🔹 How does the revenue share work for Executive Members?

Each Executive Member receives a 5% share of pooled revenue from Executive subscriptions, distributed quarterly based on active participation. Detailed reports are provided.

🔹 Are membership benefits shareable?

No. Each membership is tied to one account and intended for individual use. Misuse may result in account suspension.

🔹 Do members get priority delivery?

Yes. VIP and Executive members receive priority scheduling and delivery preferences, especially during peak hours or high-demand drops.
